How to Create a New Business in Skillla

Skillla allows users to manage multiple businesses from a single account. To create an additional business, follow the steps below.


Before You Create a New Business

To add a new business, you must first:

If you have not yet completed these steps, please do so before proceeding.


Step 1: Open the Business Menu

  1. Navigate to the top-right corner of the Skillla dashboard.

  2. Locate the small button positioned near the POS button.

  3. Click this button to open the Business Menu.

Inside this menu, you will see the following options:

  • Switch Business

  • Manage Business

  • Add Business


Step 2: Add a New Business

  1. Click on Add Business.

  2. The Create Business page will load.


Step 3: Fill Out the Business Details

On the Create Business page, provide the required information:

  • Company Name – The legal name of the company

  • Business Name – The name that will appear on invoices and system interfaces

  • Subdomain – A unique subdomain for this business (e.g., mybusiness.skillla.com)

Once all details are entered, click Create Business.


Step 4: New Business Successfully Created

Skillla will generate the new business and assign it to a new subdomain.
You can now switch between your businesses using the Switch Business option in the top-right menu.
